Every project begins with a conversation. We want to understand when the problem started, when it gets worse, what has been tried before and what the customer expects. Many of our customers have already spent money on repairs that did not work, so we take the time to understand their history before suggesting anything new.
Our team then visits the site to inspect the roof, walls, ceilings, bathrooms, tanks or any other affected area. We look for cracks, failed joints, blocked drains, poor slopes, hollow tiles, damaged plaster and signs of rising damp. We measure the area and note the condition of the surface, because these details decide which system will work and how long it will last.
Based on the inspection, we explain the options in plain language — what each system does, how long it typically lasts, and what it costs. We never push the most expensive option. Our goal is to recommend the solution that gives the best value for that particular building, and to put everything in a written quotation so the customer can make a confident decision.
On the job, our teams follow a clear sequence: surface preparation, crack and joint treatment, primer, and then the main system applied in the specified number of coats. Each layer is given the correct curing time. Supervisors check the work at each stage, and we protect the customer’s floors, water tanks, solar panels and fittings throughout.
Where suitable, we carry out water ponding or spray tests before handover to confirm the work is sealed. We then clean the site and explain to the customer how to look after the treated area — for example, keeping drains clear and avoiding drilling into a waterproofed roof.
